one simple easy mince storage tool

“There’s no longer the pressure to cook an entire 500g pack of mince all at once. All I do is press out patties, then load up the freezer then defrost as need be.”

Non-stick and easy

“I can’t think of an easier way to prep and store patties. The fact that this patty maker is non-stick, at least for the majority of minces, there’s no need to get bits of paper that separate the patties, which is another expense. This is all you need, and a bit of gladwrap for storage, which you’ll probably already have.”
