Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

    • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Evidence: We require evidence of any fault or damage, before the refund process can commence. Evidence may be provided in the form of photos and or videos. 

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check Your Account: First, check your bank account again.

  • Contact Your Bank: Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us on +61 46 881 3540 with your order number and details about the product defect or damage.
