Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 11-14 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or other factors beyond our control. Our customer service team will endeavour to keep you in the loop if there are any unforeseen delays. 

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within Australia, including WA, SA, NSW, QLD, TAS, and VIC.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Restricted Items: Some items may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If this affects your order, we may contact you directly.

Damages and Lost Packages

Boutique Kitchen Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order as it may have already been processed.

  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible on +61 46 881 3540. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
